Refund policy

We hope that you’re happy with your order, however we understand that sometimes sizing or styles might not be quite right!

The good news is, that you can return your order within 30 days of receiving your order, please note that item can only be returned (unused, unwashed and in their original condition) for a refund or exchange. Consequently, any delivery or postage charges incurred are non-refundable. We do not offer free returns unless the item received is incorrect or faulty. Please get in touch if this is the case as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to refuse or accept any returned goods that do not conform to these conditions. Item(s) that been altered, mended, or washed cannot be considered for return or exchange.

RETURNS

We want you to be pleased with the quality of the products you receive from HappySkin. However, if for any reason you do wish to return any item(s) from your order, please do so within 30 days of receipt and is in (resell-able) condition for a refund.

EXCHANGE

We understand that buying from the internet can be a bit tricky and may wish to send the item(s) back for an exchange. Please note that you will need to send the garments back in (unused, unwashed and in their original condition) for an exchange. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any garments that do not conform to these conditions.

Items can be sent back to the address above and most exchanges are normally processed within 14 working days of receipt.

FAULTY

If you receive garments that are faulty or have been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately by email or phone and will get this resolved for you.
